爆浆起司鸡肉卷——德普烘焙实验室

Steps to make 爆浆起司鸡肉卷——德普烘焙实验室

  • 1.将淀粉、红椒粉、盐和黑胡椒倒至一起搅拌均匀;
  • 2.将鸡肉处理成薄片;
  • 3.将芝士片铺到鸡肉上;
  • 4.将火腿片铺到芝士片上;
  • 5.将芦笋切成通肉大小一般的长短,卷起成圆柱状,
  • 6.用牙签固定形状;
  • 7.将预先拌好的淀粉粘合再鸡肉卷四周;
  • 8.再将调好的蛋液涂抹在淀粉上;
  • 9.最后将涂抹好蛋液的鸡肉卷沾满面包屑;摆至再烤盘上,放入预热好的烤箱,烤制15min
  • 10.美味就做好
