好久没有做煲仔饭了,今天比较空闲,家中现有的食材,搭配做了一份腊味煲仔饭,味道鲜美。

  • 老抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 腊味煲仔饭

  • 1.大米提前泡2个小时,香菇提前泡发。
  • 2.准备好辅料。
  • 3.锅中刷一层油。
  • 4.大米洗净下锅,水稍微多一点,中火煮开。
  • 5.趁煮米饭过程中,调好料汁,生抽2勺,老抽1勺,耗油1勺,玉米油1勺,清水2勺搅拌均匀。
  • 6.中火煮开后用筷子插几个洞转小火煮5分钟,加入腊肉放入姜丝煮5分钟。
  • 7.盖上盖子,沿盖沿刷一层油。
  • 8.打人一个鸡蛋,香菇,盖上盖子小火煮3分钟。
  • 9.浇上料汁,小火煮3分钟。
  • 10.放入提前烫好的青菜,小火煮2分钟,关火焖3分钟即可。
