Steps to make 米糊烤面包

  • 1.一杯杂粮米清洗干净,把清洗干净的杂粮米倒入破壁机里,再加入适量的清水。
  • 2.接通电源,轻按中间的按键,选择米糊功能,大约需要25分钟时间,静等一杯好喝的米糊出炉吧。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入一只空碗里,再搅散。
  • 4.把蛋液倒入一个平盘里,再把吐司片放进去,两面都吸足全蛋液。
  • 5.在平底锅里放少许的玉米油,把吸足蛋液的吐司片放进锅里煎把两面都煎成金黄,然后盛到盘子里。
  • 6.在吐司片上抹一层果酱,再切开叠在一起,配上米糊和应季水果,一顿美味的早餐就准备好了。
