Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.黄油软化后,跟糖粉混合到一起,搅拌均匀
  • 3.牛奶分次加入碗里,混合均匀
  • 4.加入低筋粉跟盐,搅拌均匀
  • 5.蔓越莓切碎,导入碗里并均匀搅拌
  • 6.饼干整形,从碗里取出,下面可垫张保鲜膜,先整成跟模具大小类似
  • 7.将面团放进饼干模具里,定型,放进冰箱速冻(根据冰箱温度而设时间)速冻越久,越硬。方便切块,我一般都是隔夜的
  • 8.速冻完成后,从冰箱取出
  • 9.烤盘上放上油纸,把速冻后的面团切成0.2CM薄度的冰柜
  • 10.放入提前预热好的烤箱,(上火190度,下火150度),烤25分钟,可根据烤箱温度的不同进行适当调整。
