  • 辣椒面50克
  • 苹果半个
  • 梨子半个
  • 大蒜两瓣
  • 鱼露一小碗
  • 糯米粉30克
  • 3片

Steps to make 韩式辣白菜

  • 1.白菜摘掉外面不好的叶子后,洗净从根部竖切成4半。
  • 2.抹上一层盐,腌制8小时至白菜变软。
  • 3.倒去腌出的水,再将白菜过一下凉开水或者纯净水,洗去多余的盐分后挤干水分备用。
  • 4.将鱼露混合辣椒面拌匀。
  • 5.苹果、梨切成碎末;白萝卜刨成丝;蒜、姜切碎末,韭菜洗净切成段备用。
  • 6.糯米粉混合清水拌匀,小火煮成糊状。
  • 7.4中再加入切碎的苹果、梨、姜蒜末、白萝卜丝、韭菜、虾皮碎、糖、盐拌匀。
  • 8.倒入煮好的糯米浆糊拌匀。
  • 9.将白菜放在一个长一点的盘子里,戴上一次性手套掀起每一页白菜均匀的抹上辣椒酱,根部多点儿。
  • 10.将抹好辣椒糊的白菜从叶子向根部方向卷起,放入干净的容器中。
  • 11.室温发酵一天后放入冰箱冷藏发酵一个星期即可食用。
