清明节回家扫墓,从家里带来好多土鸡蛋,脑子里掠过要做的第一道美食就是煮水潽蛋,用这种纯正的土鸡蛋煮出来的水潽蛋,加上适量的红糖就是一碗上好的补品,而且鸡蛋没有一丁点的蛋腥味,吃起来又香又甜,很美味,而且红糖煮鸡蛋可让身体温暖,增加能量,活络气血,加快血液循环,是一道对女性很好养生饮品,很适合经期和产后食用,经期来上一碗,暖暖的,很舒服哦~

Steps to make 红糖水潽蛋

  • 1.准备好原料,同时,在锅中烧开大半锅水;
  • 2.锅中水开后,再将土鸡蛋挨个打入小碗中;
  • 3.锅中水烧开后,将火调至中小火,保持水沸腾的时候将鸡蛋倒入锅中,用中小火煮;
  • 4.待鸡蛋凝固以后,用锅铲轻轻的铲一下鸡蛋,使其浮起;
  • 5.中小火煮8-10分钟左右,我喜欢吃全熟的,所以时间稍微长一点,喜欢溏心鸡蛋的可以适当缩短时间;
  • 6.红糖放入碗中,舀适量的煮鸡蛋的水到碗中,搅拌使糖溶解;
  • 7.将煮好的鸡蛋盛入碗中即可~
