最近吃过几个酒席,席间都有蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝,对于内地人来说,吃到这个菜,感觉酒席立马上了档次,真心是物以稀为贵啊,见的少吃的少就以为很贵了,在内地沾上海鲜的边都觉得很贵也是正常的。事实上真的不贵,而且现在有半成品的粉丝扇贝,回家配上料蒸好就可以吃了,倒是很方便。相对于鲜品,味道肯定会差些,能吃到总比吃不到好吧。
那咱们这一篇就重点讲讲怎么炒蒜蓉吧,扇贝买半成品的,粉丝和贝肉都已经摆好了,倒是也很省事儿。这个蒜蓉酱可以通用,除了粉丝扇贝,还可以蒸虾,蒸白菜,蒸鱼肉,举一反三就能做出好多菜了。大多数海鲜都可以搭配粉丝用蒜蓉调味,没有扇贝用大虾用无刺鱼柳也都非常好。

    • 1.准备粉丝扇贝半成品,海鲜店里通常都有卖的。摆在盘子中直接上笼蒸上,已经化冻的十分钟就可以,没有化冻的要延长时间。准备大蒜 、辣椒、葱、姜,这里的大蒜是主料,其它用量都很少。将大蒜、辣椒、葱、姜切碎。准备生抽和蚝油。炒锅倒油,油温热时下入蒜碎等炒香,注意油温不要太高,避免蒜碎一下锅就
