  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.先把肉切成细长条,再切成小丁
  • 3.葱切段,蒜压成泥,姜切片
  • 4.用烧开的开水焯一下水,冷水冲干净备用
  • 5.锅里倒油烧热,爆香蒜,葱,姜
  • 6.倒入肉丁翻炒均匀,炒出肥肉里的油脂
  • 7.然后加入生抽4~5茶匙,老抽半茶匙,盐3克左右,料酒2茶匙,糖1茶匙,水大半碗
  • 8.大火烧开,小火焖煮大约一小时左右,看到汤汁浓稠了加入鸡精即可
