Steps to make 经典家常菜---红烧排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净斩成小块。
  • 2.准备好葱姜蒜 八角 辣椒 桂皮,用纱布包成料包。
  • 3.把排骨焯水备用。
  • 4.炒锅放入少量的油,下入排骨煸炒。
  • 5.小火煸炒至排骨微黄。
  • 6.倒出多余的油,下入冰糖继续煸炒上色。
  • 7.加入红烧酱油 料酒继续煸炒至汤汁收干。
  • 8.加入开水没过排骨。
  • 9.大火烧开,加入料包 葱姜蒜,转小火焖至1小时,加入盐调味,收干汤汁即可。
