  • 1.准备主要食材:葱姜蒜,干红辣椒段,莲菜,酸辣川香汁。
  • 2.莲菜去皮切片,放入盐水中浸泡十分钟。
  • 3.锅中放适量的清水,水开后把莲藕片放入锅中,加一勺盐,一勺白醋,煮1-2分钟捞出来过凉水备用。
  • 4.锅中放适量的油,放葱姜蒜炸出香味。
