无油经典巧克力
茨木低脂甜点实验中...

这款材料和做法都超级简单!而且可以扫清剩掉的蛋白!
没有蛋白也没关系,全蛋也是可以的!
没有加巧克力但却有着巧克力的浓醇!
刚出炉的时候飘得满屋子都是香气!松松软软的忍不住就吃掉一整个!
重点是!快手无油无负担!\(^o^)/~

以下用量成品大小参考:
磅蛋糕模22x9x6 正好一条
杯子蛋糕模约6个

Details of ingredients

  • 蛋白200g(约6个)
  • 高筋面粉50g
  • 可可粉50g
  • 砂糖100g
  • 牛奶50ml

Steps to make 无油经典巧克力

  • 1.高筋面粉和可可粉混合均匀
  • 2.蛋白和砂糖倒入料理盆,打至8分发泡,也就是大概湿性发泡的样子,将打蛋器拉起,蛋白泡沫的尖端会下垂,呈弯钩状(如果用全蛋,请将全蛋 砂糖打发至呈粘稠浆糊状 PS:不是把蛋 糖打散就可以噢!请电动打蛋!)不要打发过度
  • 3.倒入牛奶,用刮刀轻轻切拌
  • 4.高筋面粉和可可粉过筛筛入
  • 5.大幅度翻拌混合
  • 6.混合好的面糊是这个样子
  • 7.倒入模子~轻轻抹平表面
  • 8.烤箱预热180度,中下层上下火180度20~25分钟即可。趁热倒扣脱模~
  • 9.放架上冷却~切片食用~不冷却直接抱着热啃那也是灰常美好的!\(^o^)/~
