Steps to make Fried pork chop
- 1. After washing the tenderloin, chop both sides slightly with the back of a knife to make it more flavorful
- 2. Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well with chopsticks
- 3. Dip both sides of the chopped meat in sauce
- 4. Dip it all in and marinate for more than 2 hours. I usually marinate it overnight to make it more flavorful
- 5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a hot pot and heat it up
- 6. Put in the marinated tenderloin
- 7. Fry each side over medium heat for two and a half minutes until the meat turns slightly yellow
- 8. Pour in the marinated meat sauce and cover it with a lid, then simmer for one minute
