  • 1.猪蹄去毛洗净
  • 2.切成若干块
  • 3.焯水
  • 4.花生洗净
  • 5.调料备好
  • 6.腐乳汁一小碗
  • 7.高压锅中加水,高过猪蹄,压约20分钟;
  • 8.锅中放少许油,煸炒葱姜蒜,加入猪蹄
  • 9.其他所有调料加入
  • 10.加花生、水和少量高压锅压猪蹄的汤
  • 11.中小火炖半个小时左右
  • 12.出锅,香菜装饰。
  • 13.红红火火,年味十足啊。
