南眉籽草莓双层果冻

  • 南眉籽10g
  • 250ml
  • 鱼胶粉12g
  • 果冻粉45g
  • 200ml

Steps to make 南眉籽草莓双层果冻

  • 1.从井冈山带回的南眉籽加入适量糖
  • 2.用温水250ml冲开,搅拌均匀,静置片刻,就可成如图状(很神奇吧!)
  • 3.在南眉籽水中加入12g的鱼胶粉,搅拌均匀(不能见到粉状颗粒)
  • 4.进口食品超市都买得到的果冻粉 有各种口味 我用的是草莓~
  • 5.包装上有详细做法说明 很简单 就是冲入两次水调匀就可以了
  • 6.第一层南眉籽果冻结住,用手指轻触表面没有手印后,倒入草莓果冻水
  • 7.放入冰箱冻一个小时 双层果冻就出现啦
  • 8.星星型的成品 又好吃又好看
