Steps to make 番茄汁双色果冻

  • 1.所有材料称重备用。
  • 2.把少许的番茄汁倒入碗里。
  • 3.鱼胶片用冷水泡软,这样可以去除鱼胶片的腥味,这种鱼夹片是用天然鱼骨做成,可以放心食用,加入到番茄汁里。
  • 4.用微波炉大火5秒稍微加热,鱼胶片即可融化。
  • 5.搅拌均匀,在把所有的番茄的理想番茄汁,倒入搅拌均匀。
  • 6.这款番茄汁浓稠,最适合做果冻,味道酸甜,孩子们也很喜欢。
  • 7.心形模具洗净,把番茄汁倒入6分满,放入冰箱冷藏约1小时。
  • 8.牛奶里放入冰糖粉和鱼胶片加热,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.把牛奶加入到已经冷却的番茄果冻上面。
  • 10.入冰箱在冷藏约1小时,拿出脱模就可以了。
  • 11.很简单吧,模具的形状自家有啥容器圆形,方形等等都是可以的。
  • 12.做法还超级简单,不学你可是亏大喽。
