Steps to make 荔枝果冻

  • 1.剥好荔枝,榨汁
  • 2.根据自己的果汁的量,调整吉利丁的分量。(大概100ml果汁配5g-6g吉利丁)将吉利丁片剪成小片后逐片放入冰水里泡软。
  • 3.在果汁里加入一点糖,小火加热后把刚才泡软的吉利丁捞出来慢慢加进去。一边加热一边搅拌,使其完全融化。
  • 4.最后倒入模具或者杯子,放凉后用保鲜膜封好,放入冷藏室。
