Steps to make 蓝莓果冻

  • 1.备好材料,蓝莓稍微洗净
  • 2.吉利丁片放入冷水中泡软
  • 3.蓝莓放入锅中加入水,挤入柠檬汁
  • 4.再加入白砂糖搅拌均匀,放在电磁炉上小火加热到蓝莓汁水颜色变深
  • 5.加热好的蓝莓汁水过滤出蓝莓备用
  • 6.泡软的吉利丁片放入到蓝莓汁中搅拌均匀
  • 7.放有蓝莓汁的碗放入冰水中搅拌冷却
  • 8.果冻模中放入少量的蓝莓汁水,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固,铺上少许蓝莓,倒入汁水,重复以上过程3次,放入冰箱定型即可
