    Steps to make 水晶芒果果冻

    • 1.准备所需材料。
    • 2.白凉粉加入少量清水搅拌均匀。(也可加入足量的清水一起搅拌)
    • 3.将搅拌均匀的白凉粉倒入小锅内,加入足量的清水拌匀,再倒入细砂糖。
    • 4.坐炉子上开中火加热,边加热边搅拌。
    • 5.煮至沸腾即可关火。
    • 6.芒果取肉切成丁。
    • 7.将煮好的凉粉倒三分之一小瓶中。
    • 8.加入芒果丁,再将剩下的白凉粉倒入小瓶,静置冷却,待凝结成清澈透明的膏状后即可食用。(冷藏更佳)
