榴莲,有人喜欢,有人厌,它那独特的味道,倾倒了无数人,也熏倒了无数人。但我和我家竹子超喜欢榴莲的味道,应竹子的要求,做了个重口味的榴莲披萨。。。。

虽然我的马拉里苏奶酪有些冻干了,看起来不是很好看,但吃起来还是很不错的,自己做的最大的特点就是馅儿足。。。。

  • 橄榄油10克
  • 榴莲2大块

Steps to make 榴莲披萨

  • 1.所有的材料如做面包一样的加入面包机桶,揉好发酵。
  • 2.榴莲肉和马拉里苏奶酪备用。
  • 3.榴莲肉用勺子压碎。
  • 4.把发酵好的面团拿出揉一下排气。
  • 5.用擀面杖擀开,成圆形的饼皮。
  • 6.放到披萨盘里,用叉子插上孔洞,以免饼皮鼓起来。
  • 7.把饼皮放进预热的烤箱烤5分钟,拿出来撒上奶酪再用勺子抹上榴莲肉。
  • 8.上面再撒上厚厚的马里拉苏奶酪。
  • 9.烤箱200度预热5分钟,把披萨放入中层烤10分钟,下层再烤10分钟。
  • 10.将烤好的披萨拿出。
  • 11.切块食用。。。。
