  • 1.圆白菜和蟹味菇清洗干净,蟹味菇也可用鸡腿菇、白玉菇等其它菌菇代替。
  • 2.圆白菜切细丝,蟹味菇切寸段。
  • 3.热锅温油,大蒜片炝锅。
  • 4.圆白菜和菇同时入锅,大火翻炒。
  • 5.加一点盐同炒,菜料很快就变软了。
