  • 雞蛋1颗(大)
  • 肉鬆隨意
  • 香蔥花隨意
  • 芝麻隨意
  • 30g
  • 植物油30g
  • 牛奶110ml

Steps to make 香蔥肉松玉米蛋糕

  • 1.材料準備好(玉米粉,自發粉,糖放盆里)。
  • 2.110ml牛奶。
  • 3.把雞蛋放入攪拌。
  • 4.再加入牛奶攪拌至沒有顆粒順滑。
  • 5.倒入模具或烘焙紙杯里,八分滿。
  • 6.上面灑上肉松蔥花和芝麻,預熱烤箱180度五分鐘。
  • 7.放入烤箱中下層160度烤20分鐘(注意肉松容易烤焦,脾氣大的烤箱要調整一下火力)。
  • 8.20分鐘後調180度,蓋上烤紙繼續烤10分鐘即可(蓋上烤紙避免肉鬆烤焦)。
