Steps to make Coarse and fine grain pancakes

  • 1. Mix corn flour, flour, sugar and yeast evenly.
  • 2. Add eggs to the water and stir well (you need a small bowl if you don't have enough water).
  • 3. Add egg water and stir until there are no lumps. Cover with a lid or cover with film and let it ferment in a warm place.
  • 4. The fermented batter has many small bubbles, which is my temporary recipe.
  • 5. Brush a thin layer of oil in the pot, scoop a spoonful of batter and pour it into the pot at a height of 20 to 30 centimeters from the pot, keeping the cake round.
  • 6. Heat it over low heat until it reaches this state, then flip it over and burn it again.
  • 7. Turn it over and the color should be even.
  • My principle has always been to make as much as you can eat (a total of 6 were made, and 2 were eaten by my family). I must eat less for dinner and avoid overnight meals.
