    Steps to make 奶汤鲫鱼

    • 1.鱼洗净(肚子里的黑膜是腥味最大的,所以要洗净),把切好的一部分葱姜塞到鱼肚子里。
    • 2.豆腐切块
    • 3.用沸水焯一下(去除豆腥),捞出备用
    • 4.待油热后把鱼下锅,煎至两面焦黄(煎的大一点味道好)撒入料酒(在温度最高的时候撒入能更好的凸显出料酒的香味),剩下葱姜可以利用热锅爆香一下
    • 5.在煎好的鱼里添上开水(用开水比较容易白),放入豆腐(喜欢豆腐入味点嫩点的人可以把豆腐同时下锅),在汤里加上一点盐好让它更容易出味。大火烧开后转中小火炖,时长15至20分钟
    • 6.调味起锅!撒上葱花或香菜做点缀,为了让味道更棒,我撒上了胡椒粉!OK大工告成上桌开动咯
