    • 1.鸡翅清洗干净后用手挤掉水分,用刀在鸡翅上面划几下,以便入味。
    • 2.取大碗放入鸡翅,将圆葱和姜切碎放在鸡翅上面。
    • 3.小碗加入1小勺盐、1大勺生抽、1大勺老抽、1大勺蜂蜜、3大勺料酒,少许清水,搅拌均匀。
    • 4.将调料汁浇在鸡翅上,用手按摩鸡翅,放入冰箱冷藏腌制2小时以上入味。
    • 5.调制刷鸡翅表面的蜂蜜水,比例为2勺蜂蜜1勺水,搅拌均匀。
    • 6.烤箱预热190度,鸡翅捡出来用厨房纸巾擦干表面水分,刷蜂蜜水,入烤箱中层烤20分钟。
    • 7.在剩下的蜂蜜水中加入1小勺老抽,2小勺植物油搅拌均匀。
    • 8.从烤箱取出鸡翅,再次刷上加了老抽和植物油的蜂蜜水,并在表面撒芝麻及黑胡椒粉。入烤箱再烤10分钟即可。
