Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.将蛋黄鸡蛋放无水无油盘子里,分三次加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器打至纹路不易消失,即提起打蛋头画8不会立即消失即可。
  • 2.放入过筛的低粉跟泡打粉翻拌均匀,倒入裱花袋里,剪一个小圆,挤在盘子里。
  • 3.上下火170度15分钟左右即可。
