这款八宝饭由于糯米泡发时间只有5—6小时,加上用蒸锅隔水蒸制,成品吃起来爽口弹牙不粘腻,别有风味。

    Steps to make 八宝饭

    • 1.食材:自制红豆沙和糯米。
    • 2.食材:冬瓜蜜饯、猪油、熟白芝麻、白砂糖和大枣。
    • 3.1、糯米泡水5—6小时。2、糯米放入蒸锅,隔水蒸30分钟,蒸到中途15分钟时,揭盖撒入适量凉的白开水,盖上盖子,继续蒸15分钟即可。
    • 4.蒸熟的米饭捞出,放入适量猪油和白砂糖拌均匀。
    • 5.碗里先刷一层猪油,再放入大枣、熟芝麻和冬瓜蜜饯丝做装饰。(我是提前将冬瓜蜜饯改刀成丝状)
    • 6.先在碗里放入一部分拌好的糯米饭,在加入红豆沙。
    • 7.完成上述步骤后,继续加入糯米饭,把红豆沙遮盖严实,再次放入蒸锅蒸10分钟,取出倒扣在盘子里,即可。
