  • 1.所有的佐料加在一起搅拌
  • 2.面团要用保鲜膜覆盖松弛20分钟
  • 3.把面搓成圆条
  • 4.揪出一样的等份
  • 5.按扁擀成饺子一样的厚薄面皮
  • 6.折叠俩端
  • 7.面皮倒扣过去放上馅料
  • 8.先在一边折起
  • 9.再折起按压俩侧
  • 10.按好俩边
  • 11.锅里放适量的油 小火煎 双面
