老妈和老爷子前一阵去福建旅行,买了好多鱼片回来给小宝宝吃。整张的鱼片直接吃味道就很好。只是对于小宝宝来说,鱼片还有点硬,她的牙还嚼不动。胖子在这利用烧烤炉,将鱼片刷油烤制,使鱼片变软,而且味道更加鲜美。吃到嘴里咸鲜适口,口味回甜,小宝非常喜欢吃。
