广东咸骨粥
咸骨粥是广东特色粥之一。做法简单,粥鲜骨咸香。具有降火、䃼钙,1:适合人群体质,气虚质、特秉质、阳虚质、血瘀质、平和质的人可以多喝;  2:不适合人群,湿热质、痰湿质、阴虚质的人不宜多喝。

  • 猪龙骨300g
  • 东北大米200g
  • 蒜苗1根
  • 花生酱1匙
  • 鸡精1茶匙
  • 生油少许
  • 粗盐1~2匙

Steps to make 广东咸骨粥

  • 1.将龙骨洗净利干水分,撒上粗盐放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 2.将腌制好的骨头洗净,放入砂锅并加凉水煮十~二十分钟。
  • 3.再放入事先泡好十分钟的大米,中大火煮至米刚熟(注意不能煮大烂)。
  • 4.加入花生酱化开。
  • 5.再放入蒜苗(不喜欢的可以不放)、鸡精、香油烧开,撒上芹菜末即可。
  • 6.因放了咸骨,这里可以不用再加盐了。这是俩个人份量。
