Steps to make 芹菜叶软饼

  • 1.芹菜取叶,洗净。
  • 2.放入沸水中,焯水30秒捞出。
  • 3. 切碎,备用。
  • 4.2个鸡蛋打入碗里,加入芹菜叶。
  • 5.加入面粉,用筷子搅拌成浓稠的面糊。蛋液和面粉刚接触时,会产生面疙瘩,这时候要不停搅拌均匀,面疙瘩就消失了。
  • 6.加入适量虾皮粉,搅拌均匀(虾皮粉有淡淡的咸味,正好可以完美的替代盐。煮粥、煮面、煎饼都可以放一点,既能补钙还能调味,1岁以上的宝宝,也可以加适量的盐来调味儿)。
  • 7.平底不粘锅刷油,舀入面糊,盖盖子焖2-3分钟,可选择不翻面,但一定全程小火哈,否则很容易烙糊。
  • 8.熟透开盖,盛出来,晾凉就可以给宝宝吃啦。
