  • 黄油30匙
  • 牛奶150克
  • 2.5克
  • 酵母4克
  • 30克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玫瑰花干1克

Steps to make 玫瑰花吐司

  • 1.除黄油外所有面团材料放面包机进行和面至起筋
  • 2.然后加入黄油继续和面至完全扩展阶段后转发酵功能进行第一次发酵
  • 3.用指头粘米粉桶一下面团不塌不锁就是发酵完毕
  • 4.里面是蜂窝状态
  • 5. 取出面团排气分成三份擀成长方形条状
  • 6.卷起来松弛15分钟后再擀一次卷起来
  • 7.放入磨具里面进行二次发酵
  • 8.利用烤箱发酵,可以在磨具下面放一盆热水比较快,发酵至七分满,烤箱转烘烤功能上下火180度中下层烤40分钟
  • 9.出炉立刻脱模倒放至完全冷却后就可以切片了!
