  • 砂糖60g
  • 柠檬汁6g
  • 鸡蛋3个

Steps to make 奶油奶酪布丁-德普烘焙实验室

  • 1.原料
  • 2.将奶油奶酪软化,分次加入细砂糖搅拌至细腻的膏状;
  • 3.加入柠檬汁继续搅拌;
  • 4.牛奶、淡奶油加热,慢慢倒入奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.加入打撒的鸡蛋,轻轻搅拌;
  • 6.将混合好的布丁液,过筛到量杯中;倒至模具中,约八分满;
  • 7.将德普烤箱调至焙烤档150度,水浴法烤制35分钟即可,
  • 8.烤好后,冷藏2h口感最好。
