    Steps to make 苹果果酱

    • 1.俩苹果
    • 2.去皮切好的苹果,先放盐水里,不然等下还没煮就氧化了,柠檬
    • 3.把切好的苹果放在少许水的煮锅里煮五分钟,变软沥起来放搅拌机里搅拌,锅里的水别倒掉,把搅拌好的苹果泥回锅,再加水,加糖,(喜甜的多放点,可以保存久一点)中小火再煮20分钟,慢慢搅拌,到收汁就可以了
    • 4.收汁后加入半个柠檬汁煮开,放凉装入玻璃瓶保存
