Steps to make 小白杏果酱

  • 1.新疆小白杏60粒,大约814g。
  • 2.清水里放入适量食用小苏打,浸泡、清洗干净。
  • 3.对半切开,去核去蒂。
  • 4.准备半个柠檬。
  • 5.加入276g冰糖,用中火熬煮。
  • 6.变粘稠后,挤入柠檬汁。
  • 7.调小火熬煮1-2分钟后,关火。
  • 8.稍稍冷却后,装入干净密封的玻璃瓶内。
  • 9.保留了大颗的果肉,增强口感。
  • 10.这次做的果酱一共装了两瓶多一点,接近700g。
