Steps to make 白灼虾

  • 1.鲜对虾用盐水洗干净,剪去长须和头上两边的小尖角
  • 2.煮锅中放水,放姜片,淋入白酒,煮开放盐
  • 3.水再次沸腾时放入虾,煮1分钟虾身变红色时关火
  • 4.取出冷却后摆盘。再用小块姜切姜米和生抽,香醋兑成调料汁吃时蘸汁食用即可
