    Steps to make 米粉肉

    • 1.五花肉切大片。
    • 2.大米或糯米放入锅中炒,炒到变成金黄色。
    • 3.用擀面杖压碎。
    • 4.葱切段、姜切片。
    • 5.如图,准备调料,依次是:盐、老抽、甜面酱、糖、料酒、姜粉、五香粉、香油、腐乳。
    • 6.把所有调料和葱段、姜片一同放入一个盆中,再放入压碎的米粉。搅拌均匀。
    • 7.把切好的五花肉放入,搅拌,直到每一片肉都把调料沾均匀。
    • 8.把肉片在碗中码放整齐。
    • 9.上锅蒸,大火蒸1.5至2小时。
    • 10.蒸好后即可食用,如果想美观一些,就把蒸好的肉片摆放到美丽的碗中。
