电饭锅做的简单版三杯鸡,鸡倒是做得很好,刀工不好,没有拍出真实效果。味道也很好,大人孩子都喜欢吃,手撕鸡的感觉。我用的鸡体积比较小,所以用量相应减少了,白酒:酱油:糖的比例1:1:1,用量可以根据鸡的大小决定。不需要加水。

  • 1.所需材料,不喜欢花椒可以不放。
  • 2.去鸡头、鸡脚(可以放底部)把鸡切开,放入电饭锅中。
  • 3.冰糖放底部,加入白酒。
  • 4.加入酱油。
  • 5.放酱油已经够味了,喜欢重口味的,可以加适量盐。
  • 6.盖起来,按煮饭模式。(15分钟左右)
  • 7.中间打开翻一次鸡身。
  • 8.时间到,可以出锅了。
  • 9.切块,把锅里剩余的汤汁淋鸡块上即可。
  • 10.成品。
