Steps to make 肉饼

  • 1.面粉加盐加水。
  • 2.揉成面团,表面抹油静置八小时。
  • 3.姜切沫。

  • 5.肉馅加酱油、老抽、料酒、盐、姜沫、蛋清、鸡精、蚝油拌匀。
  • 6.加胡椒碎拌匀备用。
  • 7.面团静置八小时后非常有延展性。很容易擀成大片薄饼。
  • 8.把洋葱加入拌好的肉馅均匀涂抹在面皮上。再切上四刀(如图)。切的时候注意间距一头宽,一头窄。这样一会卷起来的时候不会漏馅。
  • 9.边缘刷水。
  • 10.将九宫格慢慢卷起。
  • 11.每一步都把边缘封好,避免漏馅。
  • 12.就像叠被子。
  • 13.层层叠叠。
  • 14.锅热倒油,中火煎得两面金黄。淋凉水盖盖子焖五分钟。
  • 15.出锅。
  • 16.切块。
  • 17.配一碗小米粥。
