韩式炒年糕
中午做了韩式炒年糕吃。我把年糕先用油炒了一下,然后用水煮方式,让年糕饱吸酱料,口感很好。也可以直接水煮不炒,再加酱料,根据个人喜好。

  • 1.年糕备好
  • 2.所需配料备好
  • 3.葱蒜切碎,胡萝卜、洋葱切片
  • 4.锅内油烧热
  • 5.下入洋葱片、葱蒜、胡萝卜片炒香,加少量生抽
  • 6.加入年糕翻炒,让年糕沾上油,
  • 7.并加入白糖继续翻炒
  • 8.倒入半瓶番茄沙司翻炒
  • 9.加入少量水,小火炖
  • 10.汤汁粘粘的关火
