红火龙果粉发糕
发糕是我国主食面食之一,不凡有面粉做的,玉米面、及用南瓜、紫薯等等制作的发糕。今天用天然红火龙果粉做一款如西瓜红颜色的发糕,颜色非常漂亮!蜂窝孔隙均匀、口感膨松、且富有弹性、颜值高、诱人食欲。

  • 普通面粉350g
  • 280g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 酵母3g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 红火龙果粉发糕

  • 1.将粉类放入盆中混合均匀。
  • 2.碗中加入2个鸡蛋,白糖、酵母搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将粉类混合均匀,我又放了一点点,感觉颜色有点深了(但拿不出来了),就这样吧。
  • 4.加入碗中的液体将面搅拌均匀,盖盖发酵。
  • 5.几片弥猴桃果干,用于点缀。
  • 6.切成均匀的颗粒状。
  • 7.将油铺在模具中,将颗粒果干放入模具底部。
  • 8.将发酵好的面糊再搅拌均匀,倒入8寸模具中刮平,放温暖处再发酵10至15分钟(餐厅拍的)。
  • 9.将模具放在蒸锅中,上汽后蒸30分钟(待停火3分钟后掀盖)厨房灯光下比上图浅了一点。
  • 10.蒸好的发糕9公分厚度,颜色美观且无色素(没想到颜值如此之高)膨松柔软。
  • 11.颜色非常漂亮,这次买的红火龙果真好,(本人喜欢色彩,而且只用果蔬粉),还不退色(上次买的不正宗都扔了),做好立刻品尝,称赞:“好看又好吃”!
  • 12.发糕的蜂窝孔非常均匀,颜色很像西瓜红色、膨松有弹性。
