  • 1.东北大豆腐三块
  • 2.首先把豆腐弄碎,之后放入油炸粉 鸡蛋搅拌均匀 做成丸子
  • 3.热油放入豆腐丸子炸制六分熟定型就可以
  • 4.炸制好的豆腐弯子,感觉像小蛋糕
  • 5.炸制好的丸子,控干油装碗,盖上白菜叶子,倒适量高汤
  • 6.凉水入锅蒸煮一小时
  • 7.准备淀粉 葱 姜碎 还有就是卤虾酱
  • 8.蒸好的丸子出锅喽,控出里面多余的水份,不要倒掉,留着待用
  • 9.热油,放葱 姜呛锅,再放入卤虾酱炒制
  • 10.最后倒入先前蒸丸子的汤汁大火熬制,勾芡
  • 11.最后直接把芡汁浇在豆腐丸子上面就可以
