Steps to make 抹茶蔓越莓黄桃牛轧糖

  • 1.抹茶粉和奶粉倒入碗中,用迷你打蛋器将它们混合均匀。
  • 2.黄桃干切成小丁。
  • 3.黄桃干和蔓越莓干混合均匀,放在一旁备用。
  • 4.黄油倒入九阳轻奢不粘锅,小火加热到其融化成液体。
  • 5.加入棉花糖,先大致翻拌一下,让每一颗棉花糖表面都沾满黄油。
  • 6.接着用刮刀不断翻拌,防止棉花糖炒焦了,记得,一定要小火哦。将黄油和棉花糖完全混匀之后,可以再继续翻炒一分钟,这样子得到的牛轧糖更有劲道。
  • 7.分两次加入奶粉和抹茶粉混合物,将它们拌匀。
  • 8.这是混合好的状态,混匀之后就关火。
  • 9.倒入蔓越莓黄桃干。
  • 10.用刮刀快速地将它们大致混匀。
  • 11.之后的牛轧糖移牛轧糖盘中。稍微地等牛轧糖不烫手的时候,戴上手套,随意地将它们折叠几次。
  • 12.折叠之后的牛轧糖更好吃哦,折叠好之后将它们放在牛轧糖盘中,大致按压之后,用擀面杖将它们擀平。
  • 13.室温冷却之后,开始切糖。先切成长条。
  • 14.再切成小块。用刀来回锯,切面会更工整。
  • 15.最后将牛轧糖装袋,密封即可。
