芋圆是现在大热的甜品,各种各样的品牌也越来越多,夏季可以吃冰的,现在可以吃热的,不管怎么吃,味道都还不错。

  • 太白粉25克

  • 1.芋头去皮洗净切小块。
  • 2.上锅蒸20分钟,倒去多余的水,压成芋泥。

  • 4.再加入糖粉和土豆淀粉,继续揉成柔软不粘手的面团。
  • 5.将面团揉搓成长条,切成小块,喜欢圆形可以再揉成圆形。
  • 6.红薯的处理一样,蒸熟后压成泥。
  • 7.揉成面团,做好的芋圆备用。
  • 8.红豆提前一晚泡发。
  • 9.加水煮成红豆汤,途中加入红糖。
  • 10.煮好的红豆汤凉后用搅拌机打成红豆沙。
