双薯琉璃芋圆
我是特爱吃芋圆的人,到外面吃十几块都吃不到几颗的,所以自己经常做点放冰箱里煮来吃吃,当然我也折腾过各式各样的芋圆,今天来款双色琉璃状的,有点象汤圆吧,但比汤圆吃起来更Q啊,配了牛奶西米,很好吃的甜汤哦!

    Steps to make 双薯琉璃芋圆

    • 1.准备材料,我用的是泰国产的木薯粉,做出来比较Q
    • 2.将红薯、紫薯切片放蒸锅里蒸
    • 3.至轻松叉入筷子
    • 4.将红薯去皮,放在大碗中压成泥状,
    • 5.慢慢加入的木薯粉
    • 6.到能把它捏成团的程度
    • 7.同样将紫薯也压成泥,慢慢加入木薯粉,到能把它捏成团的程度,(发现这次的紫薯比较干,可适量加点水)
    • 8.揉好的紫薯团和红薯团
    • 9.取适量的面团搓成两根长条
    • 10.并在一起旋转一下搓成一条
    • 11.切割成段
    • 12.再搓圆即可
    • 13.将芋圆下汤圆一样煮至浮起捞出
    • 14.加入西米牛奶甜汤里即可
    • 15.配上各式甜汤即可
