烤布丁
布丁,是一款很简单的小点,经过大师的制作之后,变的清新、雅致起来,使人忍不住也要试上一试。但是,越简单的东西,越是蕴藏着很多的不简单。比如说,怎样让布丁保持光滑一些,看起来能够“如玉”;又比如说蜂蜜淋完后,怎么让它增添布丁的润泽感,而不是象这样流的到处都是……;还有那看似随意摆放的花瓣,怎么到自己手里就不那么可人了……。小小的一道甜点,里面蕴含着制作人一颗细致的心,让它有灵动,鲜活起来。自己的模仿虽然很失败,但是以上都是失败那一时刻的感悟。

  • 淡奶油1杯
  • 牛奶1杯
  • 蜂蜜少许
  • 装饰花草少许

Steps to make 烤布丁

  • 1.将蛋清和蛋黄分离,将分出来的三个蛋黄放在一个容器中,加入3勺白砂糖。
  • 2.搅拌均匀,使砂糖融化,然后倒入奶油,再次搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将牛奶倒入不锈钢盆中。
  • 4.倒入搅拌好的蛋黄奶油。
  • 5.小火加热至起小泡泡。
  • 6.将材料倒入模具中,在烤盘内注入约布丁模1/3高度的热水,烤箱提前预热至160°,将烤盘放入烤箱中,烤约25分钟左右。
  • 7.烤好后,蒙上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏4~6个小时。
  • 8.取出后,将布丁扣到盘中,淋蜂蜜。加花花草草装饰一下,但是自己比较手残,装饰的并不好看。
