  • 1.菠萝去皮洗净切碎后榨出果汁后取渣。

  • 3.黄油软化后加入糖打匀至羽毛装后加入鸡蛋继续打发至鸡蛋完全融入黄油。
  • 4.低粉和盐、奶粉混合均匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉翻拌均匀成团。
  • 6.将凤梨馅分成15克一个。
  • 7.面团分割成22克一个包入馅料。
  • 8.包好后放入模具中压成形,依次做好。
  • 9.烤箱预热180度烘烤25分钟左右即可。
  • 10.出炉后晾凉脱模。
