  • 蔓越莓36克
  • 糖粉30克
  • 白糖25克
  • 2.5克
  • 酵母2.5克
  • 鸡蛋25克
  • 奶粉80克
  • 黄油70克

Steps to make 蔓越莓奶酥面包

  • 1.1.黄油软化,加入糖粉搅拌均匀;
  • 2.2.分次加入室温的蛋液;
  • 3.3.再加入奶粉搅拌均匀;
  • 4.4.加入切碎的蔓越莓干,放冰箱冷藏备用;
  • 5.5.面包体材料用后油法揉至扩展阶段。
  • 6.6.发酵至两倍大,分割成均等的12份,盖湿布醒面15分钟;
  • 7.7.把奶酥馅料均分成12等份;
  • 8.8.每个小面团擀圆,包入一个奶酥馅;
  • 9.9.放温暖的地方进行二发;
  • 10.10二发完毕,用勺子和干粉做出造型;
  • 11.11.放入烤箱,180度,20分钟。
