Steps to make 姜葱炒蟹

  • 1.青蟹。
  • 2.刷洗干净后剁成小块,蟹钳拍扁,能更好的入味 。
  • 3.准备配料:姜丝、葱花、蒜末。
  • 4.用酱油、蚝油、糖、淀粉、胡椒粉、鸡精,调成酱汁。
  • 5.起锅热油,炒香姜蒜 。
  • 6.倒入蟹块翻炒。
  • 7.炒至变色,放入适量的盐调味。
  • 8.倒入料酒,中小火煸出香气。
  • 9.放入适量的水,盖盖焖3~5分钟 。
  • 10.开盖后倒入酱汁上色调味,开大火收汁。
  • 11.最后撒上葱花,翻炒均匀后 ,关火出锅 。
  • 12.成品。鲜香味美。
