Steps to make 老虎花馍

  • 1.面粉里加白糖、酵母、水,和成较硬的面团,等待发酵。
  • 2.面团发到2.5倍大。
  • 3.面团再次揉至光滑,取一块270克重的面团,滚圆后搓成条,两端轻轻按扁,做小老虎的身体。
  • 4.先用刀切5刀,每一份再切两刀。
  • 5.把3条捏在一起。
  • 6.然后把另一端对折过来,用梳子压出老虎花纹。
  • 7.取一块15克的面团搓圆后按扁擀成片,在一侧切8刀。每条再切2刀,每3条捏一下,做小老虎脖子的鬃毛。
  • 8.取25克面团一个,滚圆后搓成条,两端稍按,分别切3刀切出老虎后脚。
  • 9.弯成U形表面刷一层水。
  • 10.把脖子鬃毛底部刷一点水安装到身体前部。
  • 11.再把后腿弯成U形表面刷一层水放置到小老虎尾部的下方。
  • 12.取一块小面团,搓长,捏成三角条形,顶部用剪刀剪开做老虎尾巴。
  • 13.取一块40克重的面团搓圆,用小梳子压出老虎嘴形。
  • 14.把做好的三角条底部刷清水,安装到小老虎背部。
  • 15.做出老虎的鼻子、眼眶,耳朵,虎牙。
  • 16.组合老虎五官,用两粒黑豆做眼睛用瓜子做尖牙。
  • 17.虎头底部沾水,装好。
  • 18.摆入蒸锅,醒15分钟。
  • 19.蒸锅水开上汽后蒸20分钟,焖10分钟再揭盖子。
  • 20.成品。
