随着端午节越来越近、到处都能看到粽子、闻到粽香、不由得又包了些西米的粽子屯起来、今天包的抹茶味、喜欢抹茶味、还加了紫薯、蜜枣、味道还不错、Q弹软糯、
飞飞祝福大家端午节快乐哈**

Steps to make 抹茶西米紫薯粽

  • 1.紫薯去皮洗净切成块
  • 2.上锅蒸熟
  • 3.粽叶洗净后放入锅中煮5分钟左右关火、浸泡10分钟、

  • 6.西米放入漏筛中、用水均匀地冲湿、
  • 7.我分了两份、一个没加抹茶、一个加了半勺抹茶、白糖按自己喜欢加入西米中、加入玉米油(无色无味的油都可以)拌匀
  • 8.把粽叶卷个漏斗形
  • 9.舀一勺抹茶西米用筷子插几下、实粘点!
  • 10.放入紫薯、蜜枣压一下
  • 11.舀一勺西米、装满、压一压
  • 12.用右手把尾巴压下来、左手虎口卡住、不要松手、卡紧、上面成三角形、再把尾巴朝粽身围着裹完、
  • 13.用绳子捆绑好、捆紧些、千万不能松松的、不然煮熟后会散、
  • 14.还包了白味的、手法一样
  • 15.这是包好的一种
  • 16.全部包完后、放入高压锅中、掺入清水、大火烧开转小火压40分钟关火、自动退压就可以吃了
